Group Fitness Classes/ Descriptions


Cross Training - The reason behind crosstraining is to be well-rounded and ready for anything.  This is a multidimensional class integrating endurance training, strength training, plyometrics and sports conditioning to develop true, balanced fitness.  Each class will be different and have a different emphasis.  The goal is complete fitness.  Come ready for kickboxing, weight-lifting, endurance training, etc... Just come ready to sweat!

 

Foundation Training

Foundation Training is body weight exercise designed to correct structural imbalance teaching you to move your body the way it is designed to move.


KICK - An explosive full-body workout using kickboxing techniques choreographed with motivating music to get you kicking, punching and sweating to a beat.  This a calorie burning hour that will push you to shed weight, strengthen the core and improve balance.


 

RIP - This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, RIP is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover RIP!

 

 


TNT - An explosive total body workout designed to Trim away the fat and Tone up those muscles! This freestyle class integrates a variety of approaches including plyometrics, weight training, HIIT, and circuit training to keep things interesting.

 

 


ZUMBA - MOVING THE WORLD TO A NEW BEAT.  Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

1 hr dance-based fun&effective high energy aerobic workout choreographed to old&new music for all ages & fitness levels. Guaranteed to burn calories, reduce stress, improve agility &put a smile on your face !!

 

 

HIIT Cardio 30 minutes of High Inensity Interval Training alternating between periods of rest and all out effort to improve the aerobic and anaerobic systems.  Stengthen muscles and drastically improve cardio as you burn a ton of calories during and after your workout!

 

 

Circuit TrainingA circuit is a selection of several exercises that include strength training, cardio and core.  Each exercise is performed for a certain number of reps or for time before moving to the next one.  After doing each exercise in the circuit, there is typically a short rest, then the circuit is repeated. 

 


MASH Up Conditioning - MASH stands for Mind/Body, Agility & Strength, and High Intensity Intervals.

Core and Cardio Blast -  A 30 minute HIIT class designed to target your cardio/respiratory development with a mixutre of high intensity, low weight bearing movements along with critical core building movements to trim and strengthen that midsection!
